I believe in working with clients to craft an appropriate estate plan which will accomplish their goals for the disposition and handling of their assets upon their deaths. A will is the basic starting point of an estate plan. The will governs the ultimate distribution of assets that you own at death. However, your will should only be part of your estate plan. To be most effective, your estate plan should perhaps include one or more trusts and related estate planning documents. I can work with you to create such a plan.
