   This leader of process position is responsible for contributing to the overall success of CMF\'s business strategy by building learning programs and developing capability and acumen in our sales force. This individual is responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive and integrated learning strategy for customer-facing commercial teams. This position is responsible for influencing a commercial sales organization of 150+ field sales representatives. The position will leverage the knowledge and experience of subject matter experts in a matrix organization. It will influence multiple team members across functional; geographical; and divisional boundaries. Budgetary responsibility of approximately $180k. The role assures that the quality of training and service delivered by our team members meets internal and external customer requirements. This leader will use best business practices to ensure success in areas of responsibility, inspire passion in company mission, drive commercial strategy, and foster CMF’s culture.
