About Laura Michelle Purdy
My professional path has been intentionally varied—education, local government, private sector, and Fortune 500 organizations. This background gave me a unique perspective on how different systems impact people.My most valuable asset? Two decades of direct, lived experience navigating demanding careers with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder.This journey, including career pauses for health and recovery, gave me an insider\'s view of how traditional workplaces fail neurodivergent talent. More importantly, it showed me how to help fix it.Today, I combine that experience with formal expertise: Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Clinical ADHD Specialist.
