I act as the external Head of People & Culture for WPSA, a purpose-driven organisation undergoing significant change and growth. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, I lead on all aspects of people strategy, leadership development, and cultural alignment.This retained partnership spans both strategic design and practical delivery – from setting the direction of people initiatives to coaching individual leaders and embedding day-to-day practices that reflect WPSA’s values and ambitions.Key focus areas: • Shaping and embedding the organisation’s purpose, values and behavioural framework • Developing the team through bespoke coaching and facilitation • Designing and delivering training programmes for line managers • Leading on performance and feedback processes • Supporting organisational design, employee experience and change initiatives • Acting as a trusted sounding board across all people-related mattersThis is a truly end-to-end partnership, enabling WPSA to build strong leadership capability and a culture where people can do their best work.
