Guide and advise a cohort of first-year Bucknell management students, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community while helping them navigate academic and social resources- Lead weekly discussion sessions and learning activities designed to develop students’ academic skills, collaboration, and confidence- Assist faculty with course delivery by grading assignments, providing feedback, and reinforcing key concepts during class sessions- Establish ongoing, meaningful relationships with students to encourage retention, academic success, and personal growth- Deliver clear, engaging presentations and instructions to students, adapting to different learning styles.
