Lead and mentor the Global People Operations team to ensure high performance and continuous development- Oversee and optimize HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, etc.)- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams- Support organizational change and employee engagement strategies- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on HR-related matters- Responsible for monthly payroll preparation (for Germany, UK, France,Turkey Brazil and our EOR), in regards to the entire employee lifecycle - First point of contact for our employees based in the EMEA region for any HR-administrative topics- Owning people operations-related projects, process improvements, and automation implementation (e.g. onboarding support, maintaining employee records, administration and issuance of documents, amendments)- Administration and support of the visa and work permit processes for employees in Germany and the UK- Maintain and continually improve features of our HRIS (Workday)- Improve the structure of our current setup and optimize processesOffice Management- Lead and support the global office management team across multiple locations- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all offices worldwide- Develop and implement office standards, procedures, and best practices- Oversee workplace services such as facilities management, reception, catering, and maintenance- Manage office expansions, moves, and space planning projects- Monitor and optimize office budgets, contracts, and service agreements- Escalation point for office-related issues and emergencies- Track and report on global office performance and satisfaction metrics- Support global event planning and coordination (internal and external)
