Far more than a traditional plant retailer, Acqua Garden delivers a lifestyle proposition, connecting people with nature through health and nutrition, enhancing the growing experience.As Marketing Manager, I lead a holistic and data‑driven marketing strategy across multiple platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Not On The High Street, and other retail channels. My role encompasses both creative brand development and advanced tech integration, supporting Acqua’s mission to make gardening accessible, joyful, and sustainable.Key Responsibilities:• Digital & Direct Marketing: Executing multi-channel campaigns using Klaviyo, email flows, SMS, and voice engagement tools - enhancing customer retention and engagement.• E-Commerce Strategy: Managing product listings and sales performance across owned and third-party sites, optimising listings and leveraging Smart Tech and AI for efficiency.• Content Creation: Producing compelling copy and visual media (photography, videography) for product pages, social platforms, and blog/podcast content using tools like Canva and Photoshop.• Social Media & Community Engagement: Developing targeted strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to reach diverse customer demographics, aligned with Acqua’s wellness and sustainability narrative.• Advertising & Analytics: Overseeing ad performance and budget across Google and Amazon Ads, with regular analysis of customer and traffic data from Shopify, Google, and Amazon dashboards.• Brand Positioning: Playing a key role in shaping Acqua\'s identity as a health and wellbeing–focused lifestyle brand, not just a gardening business.I’m thrilled to be contributing to Acqua Garden’s continued growth and helping reinforce its identity as an early adopter of AI, a leader in customer-focused garden retail, and a champion for environmentally sustainable gardening.
