About Laura Pausch

I\'m currently the Commercial Operations Manager at Tempus, managing a team dedicated to supporting the productivity and efficiency of the Commercial Oncology organization. We focus on creating analytical tools for performance tracking, developing automated reporting solutions for internal and external recipients, evaluating current strategic processes for opportunities to improve, and integrating new products and systems into the day-to-day successes of our commercial organization. In my tenure (+4.5 years) at Tempus I\'ve worked within a number of different departments, navigating the scaling and process improvement challenges that face any start-up company. Before this, I was a student at DePaul University and earned my B.S. in Health Science with a concentration in Biomedical Science. As a person, I\'m an extremely dedicated and avid learner, with a knack for executing tasks efficiently. Every new project is a welcomed challenge where I can utilize my background knowledge, innovative perspective, and commitment to excellence. I\'m extremely passionate about healthcare and public health and spent my four years as an undergraduate working with various service organizations in these fields. I\'ve served as an advisor to the Northern Kentucky University chapter of Delta Gamma, and have worked through DG in my undergraduate tenure to help local community members in Chicago through the Delta Gamma foundation benefitting senior citizens and veterans who are blind and visually impaired. I also worked closely with Global Brigades, Inc, on multiple service trips benefitting the rural communities in Honduras.
