I\'m the CEO of a global anti-trafficking organization operating globally and in the US. I\'m also a wife, mother, and someone proving that sustainable, integrated leadership is actually possible.For fifteen years, I\'ve led The Exodus Road—building it from a startup in Thailand into a multi-million dollar organization with cross-cultural teams across Southeast Asia and Latin America. I\'ve lived internationally for eight years, led teams in high-security environments, and learned what it takes to create healthy, sustainable culture when stakes are high.The same principles that create healthy organizational culture also create healthy marriages and sustainable careers.
