About Laura Orourke

I have extensive experience in launching new programs that utilize a multidisciplinary approach. I work hard to establish and maintain good relationships with all those I come into contact with. I particularly enjoy working with new programs collaborating as a team to develop a quality service. My experience is grounded in providing behavior analysis in multiple environments: early intervention, therapeutic schools, autism clinics, home based ABA, adult services, dual diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury. I have worked in both skill acquisition and behavior management responsibilities. I enjoy program and staff supervision, and thrive with training of new staff, parents, professionals, and practicum students. My enthusiasm and commitment to excellence has served me well as a valuable member of a team. I have provided services to multiple programs, agencies, and individuals in the broader United States and internationally. I have provided numerous public speaking seminars on autism and behavior intervention to school districts, community organizations, autism groups, and agencies.
