During her tenure with PBO, Laura has worn numerous hats for the firm. Prior to her current role, she managed both the firm’s internal HR as well as Operations Management. As the HR Service Line Director, Laura is instrumental in building and managing the HR service offering and solutions. Laura also remains active with clients helping leadership with both strategic culture and personnel initiatives while staying compliant with constantly evolving legislation. Laura is skilled in strategic management, employee relations, and customer relationship management. Laura’s diverse experience has helped her to view the HR role from a business perspective and enables her to collaborate with executives in a variety of industries.
