I take every opportunity I have to learn, these last year I have been improving my skills as a project manager, I completed a certificate and developed planning and teamwork skills, risk analysis, and project management. Each semester I had different opportunities to work as a team, divide roles and work together; schedule and have meetings to execute PDSA plans; and learn to improve processes and deliver quality results to stakeholders. I also have been working as a customer service agent; this helped me to develop personal skills such as empathy and patience, solving problems effectively, and trying to make everyone feel comfortable is something that represents me. I have experience in sales, offering products that people could want, resalting the best in each product to help potential customers to understand the benefits and relate the customer\'s needs with the benefits of the products.
