Responsibilities.• Coordinate software development projects, managing resources, timelines, and documentation.• Assist in setting up new software projects, ensuring adherence to governance processes.• Lead smaller, short-term development initiatives from inception to delivery.• Monitor and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.• Administer project management tools (e.g, Jira, Trello, Asana) to track progress and team performance.• Act as the primary liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and product managers to ensure clear communication.• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to support workflows.• Track and analyse team velocity, burndown rates, and other metrics to improve project efficiency.• Ensure proper documentation of technical requirements, project plans, and development roadmaps.• Assist in managing contracts, service agreements, and compliance documentation.• Conduct quality assurance checks to align project outcomes with business and technical requirements.
