ABOUT LAURA MCINTYRE
Laura is a senior voluntary sector leader tackling specific forms of VAWG, and has responsibility for leading Changing Lives, operational functions across the county; Women’s and Children’s Services, Recovery and Well-being and Employment services. Laura\'s role includes oversight of senior management, the development and delivery of a gender responsive strategy, business growth and mobilisation, influencing local and national policy, developing research, and informing and leading on internal governance structures. Laura has significant knowledge and experience of women who have multiple unmet needs. Including women who have experience of the criminal justice system - custody and community, women who sex work and women who have been targeted for sexual abuse, and women who have experienced domestic abuse and have suffered trauma throughout their lives.
