To work in partnership with European Leadership Team, and Senior Leaders Globally, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of PRA Group Europe. Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. Analysing and reporting HR information to support with benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions. Ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are satisfied through the provision of management information and HR returns. To lead on HR project work across a broad spectrum to enable the organisation to meet its overall business objectives and to drive improvements to the service offered by the HR department. Ensure appropriate HR information systems are in place to support operational needs and contribute towards the continuous improvement of HR processes, documenting and communicating changes where necessary. Directing and supporting the HR Business Partners and/or the wider European HR Team in their duties to support the delivery of the HR strategy, including overseeing all Nordic payroll processes to ensure staff are paid on time and correctly. Managing individuals or teams through line management and/or matrix management arrangements as required, ensuring performance is managed and adequate resourcing is planned to meet objectives. Managing delegated resources (e.g. budgets, equipment and contracts) as appropriate, to ensure value for money. Currently working providing HR Support to the following countries, the Nordics, Switzerland, Australia, Luxembourg, and U.S. based Line Managers
