ABOUT LAURA MARSH

I have been a manager within the retail industry for 13 years. I pride myself on my high standards and work my best under pressure.I\'m a natural team leader and enjoy working with others. During my time in management I have gained strength in many areas which include - customer service, training, visual merchandising and operation procedures.I thrive off a challenge and always want to push myself and look to the next challenge I\'m currently looking after three stores - 2 in Cambridge and the third being romford. I see myself in a area manager role in the future. I have been a support manger to under performing stores and I have gone into store to help improve performance of the team, standards and vm in the store and making sure they are working to store procedures.I have also opened an closed stores during and I was also the trainer for the east which meant I trained all the new managers coming onto the business.During my time at La Senza I was dual site manage to Cambridge and Peterborough stores. This made me very aware to working on time scales, developing and training staff and managing rotas in more detail to make sure stores were running correctly at all times.
