As a Chartered Environmentalist with over 20 years’ experience delivering environmental and planning services for multidisciplinary projects, I have delivered these services across many sectors including defence, energy, flooding, food and drink, gas, health, masterplanning, property development, transport (rail, road and tram), water, wastewater and waste projects.In my roles as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) coordinator; I have undertaken and successfully delivered consent for a wide range of public and private sector clients. I have also delivered bespoke environmental assessments achieving planning consent and successfully discharged planning conditions to allow construction to start on programme. I have successfully managed, prepared and delivered strategic environmental assessment (SEA) through the Scottish Government Gateway.I have also prepared and managed construction environmental management plans (CEMP), prepared site waste management plans (SWMP) and construction surface water management plans.
