ABOUT LAURA LLOYD

I am a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years PQE, working for a Developer within the ever changing housing market. I am a strong motivator with a reputation for achievement and delivery, who has a strong drive and tenacity to achieve goals, both personally & professionally. As an accountant working in industry I have strong commercial awareness. I am self–disciplined, with good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities. I pride myself on being organised, with great administration skills. I can also multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.I am a team player, who supports & coaches colleagues. Being a good communicator I am able to contribute and challenge at all levels. I am numerate and have strong IT skills. I am currently Regional Finance Director for the West Region of Barratt Developments. I contribute to the strategy of our Region and enable our growth plans to become achievable alongside the rest of the Regional Board. I am proud to be an advocate of diversity and inclusion and believe everyone is equal and should be judged and rewarded on merit alone. I enjoy working in industry and the housing market provides an exciting backdrop where no two days are ever the same. I rise to all challenges thrown at me, and am constantly preparing for the next step in my career.
