ABOUT LAURA LITTLE
Results orientated and self-motivated Manager and Learning and Development professional with over 15 years’ experience in designing, delivering and implementing high-quality learning and development programmes (face-to-face training courses, live on-line learning, digital e-learning solutions, online video and 1:1 coaching solutions and services) that support a range of different client groups, both within the charitable and private sectors. As a passionate advocate for mental health, resilience and with an interest in human behaviour gained from my background in psychology having studied at degree and Masters level, I use this when conducting training needs analysis to design, implement and evaluate blended learning solutions to staff at all levels. My key strengths lie in my ability to work closely with key stakeholders adeptly adding value, and leading and motivating teams to achieve collective results, both UK based but also internationally.
