Wide US coaching network with a proven ability to secure significant sports scholarships at NCAA institutions. Previously 12 years combining experience in coach & athlete development to transform performance pathways. Proven ability to attract significant investment and recruit, develop and retain talented young athletes in talent programmes. Established Athletics NIs Academies in 2014 producing 3 teenagers for the Commonwealth Games in 2018 and 5 Academy graduates to the 2022 Games. European U18 Athletics Championships 2022-Great Britain Team Leader. Great Britain\'s most successful ever age group championships. 2 X Commonwealth Games Northern Ireland Athletics Team Coach- Gold Coast 2018 & Birmingham 2022. Commonwealth Youth Games Athletics Team Leader for Northern Ireland- Bahamas 2017. Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach with an MSc in Human Performance and Exercise Physiology. British Athletics Team Coach, Selector, Coach Education Tutor & Assessor. Great Britain U23 athlete (Javelin) & NCAA-Division 1. Team Coaching experience with Northern Ireland, British Athletics, Athletics Ireland and BUCS including Commonwealth Games (2018 & 2022), European Team Championships (2019) World University Games (2019), European Youth Championships (2016), European Winter Throws Championships (2017/18 & 19) and European Junior Championships (2021.)
