I lead the US firm’s Strategic Communications team that is responsible for shaping, protecting, and advancing KPMG’s reputation and brand. Additionally, I am the head of Corporate Affairs for the Americas Region and a member of the Global Corporate Affairs Steering Committee. I oversee the digital enablement and activation of content strategies through multiple channels, including the corporate intranet, video and podcast platforms, social media, and live events. My work ensures the adoption of KPMG\'s Strategy including GenAI and transformation initiatives through engaging campaigns targeting partners and employees and aligned with external stakeholders such as media, government and regulatory bodies, industry leaders/influencers, clients, vendors, and community leaders. Additionally, I am a member of the Corporate Affairs Leadership Team responsible for the transformation and continued evolution of the Corporate Communications team aimed at empowering strategic business partnerships by strengthening our internal and external capabilities. As a trusted advisor to several Management Committee members, including the CEO and Deputy Chair, I support greater engagement through exceptional and highly relevant messaging, differentiated leader voices, and establish best practices around change communications and issues management, including leader succession and transition planning and execution. I also lead the US Impact Plan and sustainability narrative, US Trust Survey, and Index efforts aligned with the Global firm efforts, and am responsible for delivering partner and employee events and executive experience programs at KPMG’s innovation and cultural hub. I am a KPMG Culture Champion and Montvale campus sponsor for our LGBTQ+ PRIDE network.
