She returns to PwC after five years as State and Local Tax Manager at Dentsu, a multinational media and digital marketing communications company, based out of its New York City office.Prior to her role at Dentsu, Laura worked at PwC in New York City for more than eight years, focusing most recently on indirect tax planning, strategy, and audit defense as well as advising clients on state and local tax implications of corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She led multistate tax planning efforts, including due diligences, restructurings, bankruptcies, and integrations, for domestic and multinational companies.
