Collaborate with B&F Principals and Staff to create and implement strategic plans to generate sustained business opportunities. • Work with B&F Principals, Staff, Business Development Consultant, and Marketing Consultant to coordinate and implement Business Development and Marketing initiatives. • Prepare qualifications, proposals, and other marketing materials. • Develop and implement eblast and social media strategy. • Work with Principals, Staff, Consultants to update website content. • Utilize existing B&F resources and conduct research to identify potential clients. • Coordinate with Business Development Consultant to identify and initiate the most effective strategies for direct outreach to potential clients. • Accompany B&F Principals and Staff and serve as representative at industry professional associations and networking events. • Manage, track, and report on Business Development efforts, using CRM. • Maintain records of outreach efforts and develop a system of reporting to B&F management.
