Twenty years ago, I rose to the challenge of disrupting a far-outdated packaging industry to help businesses envision a more sustainable future. Enter: Packsize.I never saw my makeup and clothing-loving self-working in this industry. But, when my shopping addiction started surfacing at the dinner table, I realized the issue – and the waste it created – was closer to home than I thought. When you combine this with me falling hard for a guy from Germany and living there for 10 years while raising three kids – I became an expert in running a sustainable and environmentally conscious business thanks to my now-husband, Hanko.Upon moving back to the U.S, we founded Packsize together to lead a new, more sustainable, and high-tech way of doing packaging. With my knack for seeing the big picture, I’ve had the gratifying experience of growing Packsize and solving complex problems. Using my organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and determination, I’ve become entrenched in all aspects of Packsize’s business – from finance and accounting to customer service, transportation and logistics, marketing, human resources, culture, and more.In addition to growing Packsize sustainably and creating Smart Packaging for a Healthy Planet®, I am passionate about being a motivating leader and the best mother and wife I can be and inspiring people to realize they can make a difference, one package at a time. From hiking the Grand Canyon to biking over 700 kilometers in three days, there isn’t a challenge I can’t handle. We follow the same philosophy at Packsize.
