At CoverMyMeds, I partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors, improve the employee experience, and build the systems needed for consistent, scalable execution in a healthcare environment. In my current role, I’ve served as the lead project manager for enterprise leadership development and culture initiatives, designing cohort‑based experiences that help leaders lead with clarity, trust, and accountability, as well as for large‑scale people integrations during acquisitions, supporting teams through change from early planning through employee stabilization.
