If your child is struggling with school, anxiety or EBSA — and the SEND system feels overwhelming — you are not failing, and this is not “just behaviour”.I support parents of neurodivergent children who feel exhausted, frightened and unsure what to do next. Parents who are trying to hold everything together while navigating EBSA, EHCP applications, reviews and appeals — often with very little guidance or understanding from the system around them.My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, trauma-informed practice and SEND law. That means I don’t just tell you what to do — I help you understand why your child is struggling, and how to respond in ways that reduce pressure, rebuild safety and create real, sustainable change.I support parents with:• Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and school-related distress• EHCP applications, draft reviews and strengthening Sections B, F and I• EHCP reviews, appeals and tribunal preparation• Understanding neurodivergence and nervous system overwhelm• Calm, evidence-led advocacy and parent-school communicationWhat makes my approach different is that it is non-adversarial, deeply informed, and emotionally safe. I help parents move from panic and self-doubt to clarity, confidence and a plan — without blaming the child, escalating conflict, or forcing compliance.I also work directly with children and families to help them understand how their brain works, build regulation skills, and feel less “broken” or misunderstood.
