ABOUT LAURA HOGAN

Laura Hogan consults with nonprofit health and philanthropy organizations to improve the health of communities. Her skills and experience include strategic planning, policy analysis, program development and operational oversight of program initiatives. Previous to consulting work, Ms. Hogan held the position as Vice President of Program for The California Endowment. Her tenure with The Endowment included oversight of grant making as well as developing philanthropy initiatives such as the Community Clinic Initiative, a ten year $120 million partnership between The California Endowment and Tides. Ms. Hogan led the development of implementation strategy planning for The Endowment\'s 20••••20 initiative. Prior to The Endowment, Ms. Hogan was the Executive Director of CommuniCare Health Centers, providing health/dental/vision/behavioral health visits and health education and outreach visits through six locations. The staff included physicians, dentists, midwives, nurse practitioners, mental health therapists and 200 volunteers.
