Twenty years of management experience strategically advancing operations and programming culminating in receiving both the SUNY Chancellor’s and Buffalo State President’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service. Five years of leadership experience in the administration of environmental conservation programs and an M.S. in Environmental Education. Extensive cross-divisional collaborations with internal offices, businesses, community organizations and governmental agencies to advance strategic objectives and organization goals. Leadership of outcomes-based assessment efforts for all programs measuring performance and positive impacts to ensure success and continuous improvement.    Led an extensive Operational Effectiveness Assessment investigating financial, technology, human resources, and organizational operations, involving staff from across the organization to identify areas for improvement in a rapidly growing organization. Utilized organizational data to inform strategy, engaged staff in problem solving sessions, ensured communication across units and leadership to identify and deliver change. Created, revised, and educated staff on organizational policies and procedures with positive feedback about improved clarity and understanding. Collaborated with the IT Director to document essential processes, transition to more efficient identity and access management systems, and explore tools that foster innovation, security, and long-term operational sustainability.
