I’ve always been the kind of person who wants to understand how things work — and more importantly, how they can work better.That mindset is what led me into Industrial Engineering, quality systems, process improvement, and operational excellence. Over the years, I’ve built a career around solving problems, improving systems, and helping teams create more consistent, scalable, and effective ways of working.Currently, I serve as a Quality & Process Improvement Coordinator at Actalent, where I support electric utility delivery centers across multiple states by developing and maintaining ISO-compliant quality programs, leading continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating audits and training, and building processes that help teams operate more efficiently and effectively.What I enjoy most about this work is the balance between people and process. I love digging into root causes, identifying inefficiencies, organizing complexity, and building systems that genuinely make life easier for the teams using them. Whether it’s developing quality checks, managing CAPA workflows, streamlining operations, or creating project management tools, I’m motivated by creating structure that drives real results.My background includes experience with organizations such as GE, Valveworks USA, Ingram Micro, Arcosa Marine, and Actalent, where I’ve worked across manufacturing, operations, quality, and process improvement environments.
