ABOUT LAURA GOULD
Hi, I\'m Laura! I\'m an independent education specialist with over a decade of experience in creating inclusive and engaging learning environments for students with disabilities and specific learning needs, both in-person and virtually. As a classroom educator and one-on-one instructor, I\'ve worked with students from around the globe on reading, writing, and math instruction; test preparation (SAT, ACT, ISEE, SSAT, HSPT, AP exams); college essay coaching; subject tutoring; and executive functioning skills. As an experienced special education teacher, IEP writer and case manager, advocate, and tutor for students with disabilities, I\'m very familiar with ADA laws, section 504, and the special education process. I have also worked in the digital accessibility sphere and designed differentiated courses for learners and teaching professionals, and I hold teaching licenses in California, Massachusetts, Illinois, and Washington D.C.
