ABOUT LAURA GOTTFREDSEN SUMINSKI

I\'m a certified professional coach, and much of my work and leadership style root from that. As a coach, one thing I help others do is discover their core values and understand what it means to live in alignment with them. Two of my personal core values are growth and authentic connection. These values drive who I am, how I lead and develop teams, and what I have accomplished- at work and in life.I have had the great honor of working in one very successful organization for many years. During which time I\'ve used my values and strengths to strategically develop a number of new and existing high performing teams, roles, and systems/programs within the talent arena.My purpose and passion are to leave people, teams and processes better than they came to me. I accomplish this by thorough, thoughtful, and honest leadership and coaching. The only way around challenges is through! I strive to be a leader others are willing to walk through challenges with, together coming out the other side even better.I thrive on problem solving, which includes relentlessly pursuing possibilities over problems. I often find myself saying,\"Just because it doesn\'t exist doesn\'t mean isn\'t possible.\"Lastly, in an effort to leave people better than they came to me, I strive to create a culture where every person is their authentic self. In my daily leadership I model vulnerability, in turn making it safer for others to do the same.
