The Growth Circle is about coming together and creating communities of insight and growth in the midst of a time of uncertainty. Staying Grounded is a 9 week group coaching programme that gives you space to pause and to turn towards yourself, to get insights about where you might be feeling stuck, anxious, despairing or frustrated so that you can move forward with new resilience and a sense of possibility.
