Extensive on-the-ground experience, having worked with schools, hospitals, custody, prisons and police forces.For me at the heart of everything I work on is sharing people’s stories, from all walks of life, including those in vulnerable circumstances. I have extensive casting experience and am skilled at building relationships with people from all walks of life. I believe that a great show allows audiences a glimmer into another world, to walk in someone else’s shoes, to open their eyes to something new around them. I am a strong access producer working in sensitive situations, I have experience gaining tricky access and trust with vulnerable and sensitive contributors. Vast experience in securing and maintaining difficult and sensitive access, negotiating access agreements and filming permissions, responsible for legal and compliance and overseeing consent and editorial focus in difficult access documentaries. I am a creative writer who has experience in fully developing ideas from start to pitch. I am passionate and take great pride in everything that I work on.
