Provide strategic direction for the technology requirements for customer onboarding and support. This requires an understanding of the changes and how they could potentially affect not only the EASE Team but other teams in the support chain as well as impacts to future support. Ensure compliance with all CME Group policies and those of outside regulatory bodies/legislation (e.g, CFTC, Dodd Frank, SOC). Ensure proper risk management and appropriate control of highly sensitive customer information.Assist in developing and executing strategic policies and programs critical to organizational growth. Constantly work to be aware of new business concepts and industry intelligence which can better support the organization. Provide strategic direction and project management for CME Group projects that impact EASE and other front-facing or support departments.
