My role at CDL is to drive the learning and development agenda across the business. Working in collaboration with business leaders to support the functional learning needs as well as to continue to develop the strengths of our leaders today and for tomorrow- Designed and delivered our internal Leadership Programme \'Inspiring Leaders\', which has helped to improve our engagement scores by over 20%- Successfully created and implemented our Leadership Behaviours in conjunction with the leadership team - Support team and squad development through use of team building tools and session - Designed and launched a suite of blended learning essentials for leaders across the business - successfully awarded Top Employers certification 4 years in a row, improving our score year on year through implementation of best practice - Manage the Performance Management process for the business, developing and evolving the process to meet the changing needs and engagement of the business
