Project Manager • Leading and managing day-to-day activities for Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation and Networking for DS2, and IDEAL projects; • Supporting the day-to-day communication activities for BIPED, OTTERS, and TITAN projects; • Planning and creating strategies to reach the project KPIs and support the project stakeholders; • Monitoring projects and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget; • Monitoring projects expenditures and ensuring their eligibility and cost-effectiveness; • Responsible for the project reporting, both technical and financial reports; • Involvement in project proposals from forming consortia and bid writing to budget preparation; • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure; • Excellent coordination and events management skills; • Holding and organising online, offline and hybrid meetings, workshops, and events with external and project stakeholders; • Managing relationships with project partners, EC, external and internal stakeholders; • Creating and maintaining several projects\' websites and the company\'s website; • Preparing project communication and visibility materials;2. Business Development • Identifying new funding calls, and preparing and submitting the application; • Experience with different EU funding programs (Horizon Europe, Interreg, Erasmus+, H2020, FP7, CIP-ICT-PSP, ENI-CBC, LLP) • Creating new business opportunities and maintaining the existing ones; • Creating development plans and predicting financial projections; • Meeting existing and potential stakeholders and building positive relationships; • Participating in international fairs and coordinating the presence of the projects there; • Strong organisational, detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.
