   I am a consultant to offshore casualty group captives, medical stop loss captives, and an offshore private mutual fund in which the captives are shareholders. I oversee, educate and present to members and insurance brokers the finance and tax aspect of offshore captive insurance companies. This includes reviewing and analyzing member level and company level financial statements (including audited financial statements), analyzing distributions and taxes, attending and presenting financial results at offshore Board of Directors meetings, and working closely with third party service providers to the captive. I also lead and present at domestic educational financial workshops for captive insurance members and insurance brokers. In regards to the offshore private mutual fund, I provide operational, financial and administrative support, coordinate its annual audit, and act as the consultant to the Audit Committee. I also help coordinate and attend its offshore Board of Directors meetings where I present financial results of the fund to its Board of Directors. I educate new Directors to the fund about their roles and responsibilities, and I educate its investment managers about captive insurance companies and the fund. I work as part of a team and work closely with the executive committees of the captives.
