Over the span of my career supporting non-profit organizations and small businesses elevate their social impact, I have developed a passion for cultivating transformative change. HOW we do mission-driven work needs to start from a place of authenticity and equity. I manifest my passion by co-creating work cultures where everyone can show up as their whole selves and thrive. My specialities: FACILITATIONThroughout my career, I have centered myself as a facilitator—connecting the dots in internal staff meetings, facilitating conversations across differences, and designing opportunities for meaningful collaborations among diverse stakeholders. STRATEGYMy ability to think strategically allows me to quickly assess gaps and provide solutions within organizational and team dynamics, skills I strengthened through my MBA courses and consulting work. I use data-driven frameworks to identify symptoms of inequity, diagnose organizational problems, and develop strategies to co-create just and holistic working cultures.PROJECT MANAGEMENTAs a project manager, I align organization’s values to their operational processes. I develop big picture goals and break them down into daily actionable plans that meaningfully engage team members and empowers them to be accountable to themselves and each other.
