I am a pragmatic and tenacious Agile Practice Manager, Agile Coach and Business Analyst, supporting the IT Products and Applications function to grow Agile maturity, mindset and culture. My passion lies in helping teams feel empowered, safe, and equipped to thrive—focusing not just on what is delivered, but how value is created.With extensive experience across the Defence and Utilities sectors, I have led Agile transformations that drive meaningful business outcomes, operational effectiveness, and lasting cultural change. Drawing on a strong foundation in Agile coaching, business analysis, and modern ways of working, I partner with leaders and teams to embed practices that improve flow, collaboration, and continuous improvement—always with people at the centre.I specialise in coaching teams and individuals to unlock their potential, foster psychological safety, and build high-performing, self-aware teams. Through highly engaging workshops and hands-on coaching, I enable teams to strengthen trust, accountability, and ownership, creating environments where people feel confident to experiment, learn, and grow.As a natural and inclusive leader, I use coaching and mentoring to develop capability, nurture talent, and empower others to deliver high-quality outcomes sustainably.
