Award winning Internal Communications and Employee Engagement professional with nearly two decades of experience built working alongside senior leaders in both complex, matrixed, global businesses and small startup companies. My career has branched all aspects of internal communication and employee engagement, from internal communication strategy, global employee engagement campaigns, crisis communications, listening programmes and channel management, to CEO transitions, senior leadership engagement, communication and events and global strategy launches.
