As Grainger\'s VP, Associate General Counsel, Global Commercial Operations, I established and now lead the Business Unit Legal Team, a high-performing team of 20+ professionals, built to deliver pragmatic, business-aligned counsel across Sales, Customer Strategy, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Merchandising, and Customer Experience.
