I\'m the executive director of ReGEN, an education reform nonprofit that uses the tools of belonging, empathy, and agency to co-create radical change with a school community to bring healing to that community.I\'ve worked in education in nearly every possible role - as a student, a teacher for 9 years, a school leader for 2 years, and doing school and district support for about 12 years since then! Across the ReGEN team, we have experience working in over 45 countries, 38 states, and over 188 individual schools and districts.ReGEN supports with assessment and curriculum design, strategic planning, community-based research, and design thinking methodologies.
