ABOUT LAURA KENNEDY
International security and foreign affairs professional with extensive diplomatic experience in arms control, nonproliferation, multilateral affairs, Eurasia, energy and communications. In addition to almost 40 years with the U.S. State Department including twice serving as an Ambassador and as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, I have experience teaching and lecturing as well as fund raising and advising a number of international affairs organizations. Recalled to service as U.S. Charge d\'Affaires at U.S. Mission in Vienna and U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan and from 2022 as a member of the Secretary of State’s International Security Advisory Board.
