I\'ve been in the Aerospace industry as a systems engineer for 15 years with a few years spent as an Agile Scrum Master. I\'m very much motivated by a challenging and interesting project, especially when I\'m part of a team that is hardworking, motivated, and fun. Throughout the years I\'ve been both an individual contributor and a team lead, and have found both roles to be rewarding. I\'ve got a technical background with a bachelor\'s in Electrical Engineering and master\'s in Systems Engineering but I believe my greatest skill is in communication and relationship building with my team and customers. I\'m passionate about leadership development, volunteering, and I highly value creating a safe, diverse, and open-minded environment.
