ABOUT LAURA DEAN

I am Operations & Marketing Director at Balance: Wealth Planning Ltd in Nottingham. I have a background in Financial Services, having previously worked as a Paraplanner for many years and an Independent Financial Adviser. I have achieved Certified Financial Planner status (CFP TM, MCSI) as well as the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS). Having worked in the financial services industry since 2007 I have gained a vast and varied range of experience within private client and corporate financial planning. In my current role I provide support to the whole team, ensuring that we deliver a brilliant and efficient service to our clients, which in turn allows our clients to reach their lifetime goals. I oversee all aspects of the business and put in place the processes to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I also help improve the service that we offer to clients wherever possible. I also organise all of the marketing, and I am responsible for Balance: Wealth Planning\'s communications, overall image and branding. Developing the business is a passion, and I love to see it go from strength to strength.
