ABOUT LAURA COUTTS
With over 19 years of experience in Higher Education I specialise in relationship management and in previous roles, the creation of new partnerships, managing their implementation and overseeing their delivery. My background is largely within Student Administration, spending 12 years in various roles at the University of Stirling before moving into online education for 5 years where I launched and managed multiple online partnerships with different UK universities. I am highly experienced in project management and hugely enjoy the collaborative working involved in partnership management.I\'m passionate about training and support, having designed and launched numerous development and preparatory courses for students and staff at all levels. These include a full module in study skills for those new to the UK HE sector and a online course and multiple webinars to assist the HE sector during the Covid crisis in 2020.
