I’m an MCIPS-qualified procurement professional with nearly 16 years of experience, now working as an interim consultant specialising in indirect procurement and transformation.Across my career, I’ve delivered impactful procurement solutions across a variety of industries including energy, financial services, manufacturing, and the public sector. From professional services to FM, HR, marketing and more—I’ve led sourcing strategies, built supplier relationships, and driven value across a broad range of indirect categories.Most recently, I played a key role in establishing a new procurement function at NESO following its separation from National Grid—an experience that strengthened my ability to bring structure, clarity, and pace to fast-changing environments.As an interim consultant, I bring that same energy and expertise to organisations looking for hands-on procurement leadership—whether for transformation, change management, or short-term delivery.
