Working to maximize the effectiveness of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) incentives using an AI platform. And happily back in my regulatory space, seeking to effectively use the IRA tools and opportunities that the federal government has provided. Areas of focus include:* POC with the USDOL Apprenticeship and Wage and Hour Division offices and with state agency counterparts.* Company expert on state classified Public Works projects and impacts of those projects on client compliance with Inflation Reduction Act.* Provide research and documentation in response to ProScore client questions related to the Inflation Reduction Act and the Davis Bacon and Related Acts prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements.* Advocate for clients when state prevailing wage laws conflict with federal prevailing wage laws.* Develop IRA Domestic Content database for solar, wind, hydrogen and small modular nuclear reactor industries to promote compliance with the Domestic Content Cost Safe Harbor and the 10% ITC/PTC adder.* Develop company apprenticeship reciprocity procedures for state apprenticeship agencies and apply for apprenticeship program reciprocity for company’s six federally-approved apprenticeship programs, which are used by clients to meet IRA requirements.* Coordinate with and assist the ProScore Apprenticeship, Customer Service and Education teams regarding federal, state and local regulations impacting clean energy development.* Monitor potential impacts on clean energy by the federal Executive branch.* Identify interdepartmental communication shortcomings and recommend organizational changes.* Bring sales leads.
