I am a Director of Consilia Legal, a niche family and employment law firm and mediation service. At Consilia Legal our ethos is to work with our clients to best achieve their goals. As well as managing the firm, I am also an experienced family solicitor and accredited mediator. I assist and advise individuals going through divorce and separation or having difficulties sorting out arrangements for their children. I specialise in mid to high net worth finance cases and also cases with an international element. I also advise clients wishing to enter into a pre or post nuptial agreement or cohabitation contract with their partner/spouse. At Consilia Mediation we assist separated couples seeking to resolve matters relating to the care of their children and financial issues consequent upon their separation in a pragmatic manner recognising how difficult the process of separation and divorce can be. The other aspect of what we do is employment law, strategy, HR advice and workplace mediation. The team is headed up by director, Marie Walsh. Marie is known for her straight talking approach and commercially sound advice to clients.
