ABOUT LAURA SIDDLE CARTER
I work within the Social Mobility team at PwC, with responsibility for our schools outreach work, particularly in the North of England and Scotland. In my current role, I engage with schools and other external stakeholders as well as design and deliver the PwC schools outreach programme to primary and secondary school students from lower socio-economic backgrounds in order to develop their workplace skills. An aspiring leader with experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors, I am passionate about addressing the issue of social mobility in the UK and especially the role that employers can play.
